Arrangement of business travel for CEO and support for daily activities.
Support for business travelers ( who come in Romania)
Support for the company for different events organizing
Prepares different reports using Microsoft Excell
Correspondence with headquater via email/phone etc.
Prepare different documents (internal or external)
Support the company for legally request, birocracy, documents etc
Location is in Branesti Ilfov.
Tranport is provided.


The assistant manager has to have an Advanced level of ENGLISH Language
Advanced knowledges of MS OFFICE
Previous experience on a similar position – minimum 2 years
Working schedule M-F 08:00-16.30
