Secretarial Support:
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, provide general information;
Maintain a good informational system;
Perform a variety of routine typing assignments as appropriate to the position; operate a personal computer to draft basic correspondence, enter data, and print letters, labels, reports, and/or other materials;
Photocopy materials as requested; facsimiles; scan documents;
Establish, maintain and update files, records or other documents;
Making travel arrangements;
Assist office staff with various administrative matters.
Working hours: rotating shifts Monday – Friday, 08:00-17:00; 11:00 – 20:00 on a

weekly basis




Requirements




Fluency in written and spoken English.
Familiar with MS Word and Excel (30wpm typing).
Previous secretarial experience.
Excellent team-player, flexible and adaptable.
